Alliance between Corsidian Puerto Rico and Mech-Tech
SAN JUAN, PR (January, 2005) Institute of Mechanical Technology and Corsidian a leading provider of technological solutions recently signed a cooperation agreement that will turn to this college into the first one in Puerto Rico to have an advanced system of integrated communication.
“Our vision in this project together with Corsidian responds the desire to let know that Tech-Mech is more than merely technical school; that our institution is also distinguished by the variety of technical courses that offers” said Luis A. Camacho MIS Mech-Tech Director.
The leading provider of contact center solutions, Corsidian, will be the responsable in charge to implement this advanced communication system in two phases. The first stage consist of establishing a call center from where the four enclosures by a single locality by means of the voice system will be connected on IP with this system the calls will be centralized and then will be routed to the required areas.
In addition to this, Nelson Javier Aviles, General Manager of Corsidian Puerto Rico explains that the program is designed to offer a complete report about the situation and the needs of each one of the students, as well as being provide a report with complete answers.
Through the web site, that is in progress, the students will be able to access to the school by internet and get information about important knowledge of courses, dates, seminaries, advertising certifications, activities and campaings. We have designed an integration of the services to the cellular network.
With this alliance Corsidian Puerto Rico consolidates as one of the first provider of technological solutions in the Caribbean Region.
