Nelson Javier Aviles, privileged inside the "40 Under 40" list   

Corsidian Caribbean Technology Inc. September 1st, 2006.- Nelson Aviles, Caribbean Corsidian's Director, counts with a prestige career in the Contact Centre and IT Management field.

Engineer Aviles was several years as IT Manager in important insurance companies in Puerto Rico, such as: Human Health Care, and American Bankers Insurance Groups (CALAC), and also worked 6 years for Concerto (known as Melita, now as Aspect), as Senior Sales, Support and System Engineering Manager.

Nelson Aviles has been chosen as one of the members of "40 Under 40" group, which represents the most distinguished young professionals who stand out in commercial and industrial spheres of Puerto Rico.

The members of "40 Under 40" group come from diverse fields in the industry, however, all of them distinguish for a common factor: their wish to stand out in their professional duties, which complements with their interest in education, and also their age. Indeed, all of them count with a no less than forty years average.

These men and women are outstanding persons in the business community who have achieved success, thanks to their hard work over the years; lots of them have created even their own commercial empires, due to their consistence and perseverance.

Nelson Aviles case is particular. This young entrepreneur accepted the challenge of entering Corsidian Caribbean as a founder and General Manager, contributing to the brand's recognition en the Caribbean region, and turning it to a constantly growing and successful company, refereeing to Contact Centers.

During the years he collaborated with other companies, Mr. Aviles was promoted to Field Service Engineer, position in which he lasted only 6 months because he was promoted to Senior Sales Engineer, and to Enterprise Sales Manager of the region. During this time he created and developed the region turning it to the most profitable of all in Latin America, being also responsible of the Systems Integration, Configuration and Negotiation, helping to the growth of the region and transforming it from a little geographical area to one of the most benefit regions for the company.

Mr. Aviles not only counts with great experience as a Project, Sales, Technical Support, Product Configuration and Customer Services Manager, but also has developed and implemented several projects en CRM area.

Currently, Nelson Javier Aviles occupies the Corsidian Caribbean's General Manager Position, and is an active member of the Networks Engineer USA Association, of the American Marketing Association and IEEE Computers Society.
