Mr. Aviles an Electric Engineer with a Computer Major, brings more than 10 years of Contact Center and IT Management experience.
After several years as an IT Manager for strong Insurance Companies in Puerto Rico like Humana Health Care and American Bankers Insurance Group (CALAC) and six years working for Concerto (formerly Melita) as a Sales Manager, Support and System Architect, Mr. Aviles accepted the challenge as a partner and a General Manager position working for Corsidian Caribbean. He has been creating a brand name for the company in the Caribbean and yearly revenue to create a region from one man show to what it is Corsidian Caribbean today, a company with the know-how that a Contact Center requires today.
During his years of experience working for different companies, Mr. Aviles get promoted three times starting as a Field Service Engineer, in which position he only works for six month and immediately get a promoted to a Senior Sales Engineer and Enterprise Sales Manager for the Region. During this years he create and growth this region making it on of the most stables region for LATAM. Mr. Aviles, in his role as Field Service Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer and Enterprise Sales Manager, was responsible for the integration, configuration and design of a top of the line Call Centers Solution. In the sales role he works on the presentation, configuration and negotiation of systems contracts, helping growth the Caribbean Region and making the small Island of Puerto Rico (100mi. X 35mi.) one of the most profitable regions for the company in LATAM.
Mr. Aviles has extensive experience in Project Management, Sales, Technical Support, Product Configuration, and Customer Care. In his career, has managed the growth and expertise necessary to build a stable Customer Relationship Management Solution. He is a member of USA Networks Engineers, American Marketing Association and IEEE Computer Society.
