His career started in 1996, in the Contact Center area, working at Banco Bital in Mexico City.

After six months of successfully integrating numerous projects in said area, he was appointed Systems Manager and, one year later, he was also promoted to the position of Deputy Director of the "Directo Bital" Service Center, where he was in charge of everything related to Systems, Human Resources, Quality and Assessment of the 850-plus telephone agents, achieving the ISO 9002 certification in year 2000. Later on, he joined the Internet and E-commerce group, where he developed the Knowledge Management project for the institution of more than 18,000 employees.

He joined Manta Systems Mexico in 2000 as a founding member, being appointed Country Manager. Since then, as a part of the main achievements of Manta Mexico he has succeeded in adding a sizeable number of multinational companies to the client list, thanks to a reputation for high client satisfaction level, reliable support and implementation processes for technological solutions and, also, the development of new markets in Southern United States and Central America.
