Corsidian is now part of Aspect

On Tuesday, July 5, 2011, Aspect’s acquisition of Corsidian – its long-time channel partner in Latin America – officially closed in Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The anticipated acquisition of the Colombian office is expected to be finalized in the next few weeks.

Corsidian joins Aspect as one of the region’s leading contact center solution providers, positioning Aspect to address rising regional demand for next-generation customer contact solutions and expertise.

By expanding its direct presence in the LATAM region, Aspect brings renewed focus and strong leadership under the direction of General Managers Alejandro Suárez Bautista (Mexico and Central America), Carlos Fanucchi (Brazil), and Alejandro Stendall A. (expanding his current role as GM of Colombia to include Puerto Rico and the Caribbean).
